Terms

SafeDisk AI sells fixed-scope digital storage reports and cleanup policy documents. You remain in control of what is removed.

No automatic deletion

Our reports and tools are designed to identify and explain cleanup opportunities. They do not permanently delete files by default.

Products and delivery

The paid products are fixed-scope digital goods: storage diagnosis reports and cleanup policy documents delivered by email or through the contact channel used at checkout. The $29 report covers one Mac, CI incident, Docker/Xcode issue, or scan. The $99 team policy covers one representative recurring team or CI storage pattern. Delivery starts after payment and after we receive the read-only scan, short incident summary, or comparable storage metadata.

Typical delivery target is within 24-48 hours after payment and usable scan or incident metadata. If the provided metadata is not enough to produce the report, we may ask one clarification or issue a refund according to the refund section below.

Acceptable use

Use SafeDisk AI only for devices, CI runners, repositories, or infrastructure you own or are authorized to administer. Do not use the reports to hide activity, destroy evidence, remove data you are not allowed to manage, or interfere with systems owned by someone else.

Support

Support is available at liuminsheng3@gmail.com. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Do not send secrets, passwords, private keys, customer data, or full file contents.

Payments and processor

When hosted checkout is enabled, payments are processed by Creem as merchant of record. Creem handles payment collection, buyer invoices, applicable indirect taxes, refunds, and chargebacks for those transactions. SafeDisk AI remains responsible for delivering the digital report and product support.

Not system repair or security software

SafeDisk AI is not antivirus, malware removal, backup recovery, legal compliance, remote IT support, managed system repair, open-ended consulting, or automatic deletion software.

User responsibility

You should review recommendations before removing files. Items marked Review or Medium risk may be important to active projects or applications.

Refunds

If a paid report does not provide useful cleanup guidance or we cannot deliver the described report from the scan or incident metadata you provide, contact support within 7 days. For Creem transactions, refund processing happens through Creem's checkout and customer support flow.
